What "without interest" means in practice

By NexStone team·12 August 2026·1 min read

Not a slogan. A set of decisions about how property is bought, held and shared, reviewed with advisers before anything is committed.

People ask what it changes. Quite a lot.

No interest-bearing debt

The properties we hold are not financed with loans that charge interest regardless of outcome. That single decision shapes how carefully we buy: there is no cheap leverage to paper over a poor purchase.

Written terms, agreed first

Every arrangement is documented in plain language before anything is committed, and reviewed with professional advisers, including Shariah advisers where relevant.

Shared outcome

Outcomes, better or worse than expected, are shared on the terms agreed. We do not promise fixed returns and we do not present estimates as guarantees.

"Capital is tied to an asset, not to a rate."

What it is not

It is not an invitation to invest. NexStone is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not promote investment to the public. This page, and this website, describe how the business runs. Nothing more.
