Who we are
A property business built on solid ground.
NexStone acquires residential property that has been overlooked, neglected or left underused, improves it properly, and puts it back into long-term use.
We are not an estate agency and we do not trade listings. Every property we hold sits inside a managed project with a defined purpose, a defined standard of work and a defined group of partners.
We do not borrow from banks. Each project is set up as its own company and funded in partnership with people from our own community, on terms agreed in writing before anything is bought. When a project completes, the capital and the profit go back into the next one.
How we work
One lifecycle, applied to every property.
Nothing is acquired before it has been assessed, and nothing is let before it is genuinely fit to live in.
- 01
Source
Off-market, auction and partner-introduced property across target locations.
- 02
Identify
Shortlist assets that fit strategy, location and intended use.
- 03
Assess
Condition, title, cost of works and realistic value are examined before commitment.
- 04
Acquire
Interest-free structures, agreed openly with partners before exchange.
- 05
Transform
Refurbishment, reconfiguration and compliance works delivered by vetted trades.
- 06
Let
Tenancy placement with suitable occupiers, providers and housing partners.
- 07
Manage
Ongoing maintenance, compliance and reporting across the portfolio.
- 08
Grow
Recycle equity and extend partnerships into the next project.
Our principles
Interest-free by design, not by exception.
We run projects around real assets, written plans and shared responsibility. Landlords, providers and trades know what is being undertaken, what could go wrong, and what happens if it does.
- 01
Real assets
The business is built on identifiable property, not on abstract financial instruments.
- 02
Transparent structures
Terms, costs and responsibilities are written down and agreed before anything begins.
- 03
Shared risk
Outcomes are shared. We do not promise fixed returns and we do not present estimates as guarantees.
- 04
Guided by principle
Our arrangements are designed to follow Shariah principles and reviewed with professional advisers.
Portfolio
Projects in progress and under management.
Why NexStone
Stewardship over speculation.
Disciplined acquisition
We walk away from more properties than we buy.
Work done properly
Compliance, safety and durability come before finish.
In-house management
We stay responsible for the asset after the works end.
Honest reporting
Partners receive plain accounts of progress, cost and delay.
Long-term relationships
Agents, trades and providers we work with repeatedly.
Principled structures
No interest-bearing debt in the arrangements we design.
Services
What we do across the portfolio.
From sourcing through to day-to-day management, each service supports the same lifecycle.
Property Sourcing
Disciplined acquisition of residential stock through auction, off-market and agent relationships.
Refurbishment & Transformation
Tired and underused property brought back into safe, efficient, long-term use.
Lettings & Occupancy
Placement with private tenants, care providers and supported-housing partners.
Property Management
Maintenance, compliance, inspections and transparent reporting for owners.
Community Partnerships
One company per project, funded in partnership rather than with bank debt, and rolled into the next project on completion.
Landlord Partnerships
Management and improvement arrangements for landlords who want to step back.
Partner ecosystem
The people a project depends on.
Projects only work when the right partners are involved early. These are the relationships we build.
