Submit a property

Introduce a property and we will tell you, honestly, whether it fits.

One form, six short sections. We assess every submission against location, condition, cost of works and intended use, and reply within three working days.

01

Residential, tired or unfinished

Terraces, semis, period houses, conversions, HMOs and buildings suited to supported living.

02

Defined locations

West Midlands, Yorkshire and the North West at present, with others considered on merit.

03

Honest condition

Damp, wiring, roofs and unfinished works do not put us off. Surprises after exchange do.

04

Clear route

Sale, auction lot, joint venture, management takeover or a lease to a provider.

No. Submission creates no obligation on either side.
What documents help?
Photos, floor plans, surveys, or an auction legal pack. PDFs and images up to 10 MB each.
