1.2These Terms are deemed to include our Privacy Policy.

1.3When you use this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use this website.

1.4You can print and keep a copy of these Terms. They are a legal agreement between us.

1.5These Terms cannot be modified without our consent.

1.6We may change these Terms at our discretion by updating them on this website.

1.7The current version of these Terms applies whenever you use this website.

Intellectual property

2.1The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in this website, including our name, logo, trade marks, text, graphics, photographs, source code and database rights, belong to us or our licensors.

2.2You may view and download material from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

2.3You must not copy, modify, transmit, republish, store, frame or pass off any material or information on or downloaded from this website without our prior written consent.

Property and project information

3.1Details of properties and projects shown on this website, including photographs, descriptions, locations, condition, intended use and planned works, are provided for general information only. We take reasonable care over their accuracy but do not warrant that they are complete, current or error-free.

3.2If you rely on these details, you do so at your own risk. You should independently verify all material facts, particularly before entering into any agreement.

3.3Before visiting any property, or proceeding with any transaction, you should confirm availability and current status directly with us.

3.4You should always seek advice from a qualified, independent solicitor, and where relevant a qualified financial adviser, before entering into any property transaction or investment.

Financial and investment information

4.1This website may describe NexStone’s general approach to property investment, including our aim to structure opportunities around Shariah principles and to avoid riba (interest). This information is provided for general background only. It is not investment advice, and you should not rely on it, or act or refrain from acting on it, as the basis for any financial decision.

4.2Property and other financial investments carry risk, including the risk of losing some or all of the money invested. We strongly encourage you not to make any investment decision based solely on information from this website, and to seek advice from a qualified, independent financial adviser and solicitor before committing any funds.

4.3Nothing on this website is a prospectus, a financial promotion, or an offer or invitation to any member of the public to invest in NexStone or in any property project. Any opportunity to invest is made available only to persons we are satisfied we may lawfully approach, in a manner intended to comply with section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, and is confirmed separately and individually, never by this website alone.

4.4Our regulatory status: NexStone Property Group Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Statements on this website about investment, returns or our approach to property are opinion and general information only, and are not provided under FCA regulation.

4.5Before making any decision based on information provided by us, you should take independent financial, legal or tax advice from a duly regulated adviser.
