How to introduce a property to NexStone (and what happens next)

By NexStone team·25 July 2026·1 min read

For agents, sourcers and owners: what to send, how quickly we reply, and how we decide.

We reply to every introduction, usually within three working days, and we are honest when something is not a fit.

What to send

Use the property form on this site. Address, type, honest condition, indicative figures if you have them, and any photos, plans or legal packs. You get a reference number immediately.

What we do

  1. Screen against location, type and intended use.
  2. Price the works from your description and photographs.
  3. If it fits, arrange a viewing and share our assessment openly.

How we decide

Purchase price plus cost of works against a realistic value and a clear route to use. If the numbers do not work, we say so, with reasons.

"A fast, honest no is worth more to an agent than a slow maybe."

Repeat relationships

Agents who understand our criteria get a faster answer every time. Terms for introductions are agreed in writing before any work begins, and invoices are paid on schedule.
