Eastfield House: works update, September

A short one, because the site is busy.

Done this month

• Fire doors, interlinked detection and emergency lighting installed and tested.
• New electrical installation certified. New heating system commissioned.
• Two oversized reception rooms reconfigured into four bedrooms with en-suites.

Next

Kitchens, flooring and decoration. Accessibility works to the ground-floor bathroom. Provider inspection is booked for the end of the programme.

Timing

The programme was estimated at twenty-six weeks. We are on week nineteen and on plan. If that changes, this page will say so.
